This update adds custom fields as columns in the device list.

Custom fields on device list/column picker
We’ve expanded the device list to support custom fields, giving you more flexibility over the information you can see at a glance across your devices. Custom fields can now be added as columns in the device table, allowing details your team already tracks to appear alongside the rest of your device information. This makes it easier to tailor the device list around the data that matters most to your organization. By bringing custom field values directly into the table, you can review more device context without opening individual devices, making the device list more useful for day-to-day management.
Improvements
- Applications can now be uninstalled directly from a device’s Applications table.
- Tables now load less unnecessary data by requesting only the fields needed for visible columns.
- Application Summary now loads faster in large environments.
- Device application lists now show product icons where available.
- Table column resize handles are now easier to grab.
- Level now works on most immutable Linux systems by avoiding writes to read-only system paths during agent setup and updates.
Bug fixes
- Fixed an issue where a Windows Defender scan automation action would sometimes fail to create if the exclusion option was left unset.
- Unfavoriting a device from the Favorites view now removes it from the list immediately.
- Monitor error dialogs now show the monitor name instead of the device name.
- Windows restart and update-install actions now recognize when the device is already shutting down, so Level keeps waiting for the restart instead of marking the action as failed.
- Linux remote control is more reliable on GNOME, especially for fullscreen windows and session cleanup.
- Remote control now avoids a startup race where connection messages could be processed out of order, preventing some sessions from opening correctly.
- User approval actions no longer get stuck indefinitely when the final forced notification remains open past its timeout.
- Linux update actions now detect pending rpm-ostree deployments that require a reboot.
