It would be nice to have an antivirus integration built in to automatically install an antivirus or edr program. Even if it’s $X amount per endpoint to on the cost it would be worth it. Currently I have devices that have either Bitdefender/Webroot or Huntress EDR installed through a separate RMM tool, it’s really stopping me from switching fully over.

Thanks James! Do you need more than installing the EDR to get what you are looking for? We're close to releasing custom fields, and once that's done, and automation to deploy EDRs will be a piece of cake.

Awesome! You can expect custom fields later this week or early next week. That being said, we're still hoping to do a deep AV/EDR integration with Automations Actions for Installing, Uninstalling, Updating, Scanning, and managing AV.
Would be great to integrate with Bitdefender GravizyZone as well to e.g., link security scores and alerts with what Bitdefender sees. In that way, we can centrally manage e.g., notifications for endpoints (an alert in Bitdefender triggeres an alert in Level).

Can we also add AVG Business as an EDR to this list? We currently have about a dozen clients with over 100 endpoints that use AVG Business
im using Threatdown OneView (Malwarebytes) and would be great to be integrated
+1 We also use Threatdown OneView. They also just released email security and it would be great it level.io (http://level.io) integrated with this service as well.
I also think that integrating Bitdefender Gravity Zone could make many Ninja users switch to Level
It 100% would for us. It's one of our Ninja selling points because Gravityzone can be a pain to deploy without RMM integration.

Exactly! Huntress is one of more affordable Managed EDR's, so at least some basic level of integration, like installed/active/healthy from Huntress agent would be great.
FYI, we do have Automations to install and monitor Huntress in our library. You can also reach out to support for them as well.

I'm currently doing this(for BitDefender) via automation. We have a script that installs EDR, and an automation built to run the script on new device add. As part of my onboarding with clients, before they make the move... We ensure that their previous provider has removed any other endpoint tools they may be running and execute a smooth cutover and install ours on that same day.
Is there an update on this? The lack of Bitdefender GZ integration means we're currently sticking with NinjaOne
