Most needed feature! Most of my users have 2 monitors, Support calls often go like this: User: "See this error?" Me: "No" User: "This, right here!" Me: "Oh, you must have 2 screens, hang on..." (click menu to switch screens, and wait about 7 seconds for the display to refresh) Me: "Ok, I see your other screen now, but there's nothing on it" User: "Oh, I moved the window over to the other screen so you can see it" Me: 🫠So what I do now (if I remember) is open TWO level tabs, so I can flip between screens quickly.
This is exactly what I go through day in day out, and we moved to Level from Screen Connect, so it's like the rug has been pulled from my feet.
Any update on this one pls team? Love level but it's a very much needed and useful feature, standard available in most (all) other options out there. Please can you fast track this one?
Can you tell me another web based remote control tool that shows multiple monitors at the same time? I'd love to check it out, as browser size is a limiting factor here. We don't have a desktop app and the video element is displayed within your browser window, which limits real estate to show multiple displays.
The easiest web based one to checkout for remote desktop dual screen would be Chrome Remote. It lets you toggle between single screens and see all screens. I believe it lines them up as you have the layout set in windows
Thank you! We'll take a look and see if we can do something similar!
This would be amazing, the delay between switching screens is tricky.. especially if you open up an app or window, and it opens on their other display.
YES! This is sooooo needed. All RMM basically have this feature. Hard to work on solving issues when you need to keep going back and forth, looking for where the prompt is
Examples: Screenconnect / DW service
Just checking if there's anything new or on the near-term roadmap for this one. Because of the long delay between switching screens, it really slows down remote work when dialogs appear on the "wrong" screen. What should be 10 second tasks take 2 minutes because of constant switching back and forth and waiting for the stream to start...
@Jacob @Level - Any update on this?
