Logins - SSO Support

The SSO Support feature enables Single Sign-On integration, allowing users to log in to Level using their existing credentials from identity providers. This streamlines access, enhances security, and reduces password management hassles for both users and IT teams.

SSO Would greatly enhance security.

Mark Hekman

It would be perfect if SSO could be possible, this makes it easier to streamline our current security baseline.

Lucas Hökerberg

I would say this is a must. We need to secure access to Level in all possible manners. Via SSO though Azure, we can do things like Conditional Access, forcing stronger MFA, etc. If Level would to be compromised, the attacker essentially is SYSTEM on all devices managed through Level.

Brian Lopes

SSO would be must appreciated. Via SAML and Azure would be a great asset.

Ian Roberts

Hilarious that your feedback portal has more SSO support than your RMM. Its 2025, lets have some basic security features please. SAML is a must have

George Oosthuizen

SSO please basic SAML would be perfect. Level is the only app we don't have in SSO!

Stephon Parker

At our current size basic auth covered by MFA will work for us, but in order for us to stay with this product this is a must have.

Matthew Wolf

Adding that I'm looking for SSO integrations - Azure AD, Okta, and LDAP

Nick Vasilopoulos

Google SSO integration please!

Jono Hayes

Any update on this?

Rick

According to Discord this feature is coming mid-late September.

Hugh Blanchard

of 2026 ?

SSO will be released after the UI refresh that we're currently working on. (Spoiler alert, it includes dark mode!) It's apparent that we need more time, so SSO is delayed because of some dependencies surrounding the interface changes. We're getting close!

CW_Christian Massie

This would be very much appreciated. Having users being able to login via SSO and shut out when their account is disabled would be a huge thing.

Trevor

is there an update on this? one post says it was mentioned on discord that this was coming mid-late sept. i'm going to go ahead and generalize that most people don't use discord at work, call me crazy i guess. this is bare minimum security these days and is becoming a mandate across environments

Thanks for calling this out. Totally fair point about Discord. It is not required in any way to use Level. We maintain the Discord community because a lot of IT and InfoSec folks already use it (MSP Geek, MSP Heroes, SMSP, Ubiquiti, NinjaOne, Action1, etc.) and it’s a good place for users who want to chat, swap tips, or connect directly with our team. You are never expected to monitor Discord for product updates. For anything critical, you can always reach out directly to support and we will share updates through official channels. On the feature itself: this one is fully backend-driven and ready on our side, but it is tied to the release of our updated design system. Until that is in place, we cannot roll it out cleanly. I do not have a locked-in ETA yet, but we are aiming for sometime this month (October). Appreciate the patience and the push here. Security is a top priority for us, and we know this is a must-have.

Trevor

hey jacob - i appreciate the detailed update! looking forward to it 👍

Greg Wenner

Thank you Jacob, this is very exciting! :)

Ian Roberts

Hey Jacob I know this wasn't locked in last year, but its January now, so its a couple of months adrift of your aim. Any news? I was about to recommend Level, but stopped myself as I really can't with a clear conscience without it having SSO

Brian ScheeweLevel staff

SSO for Entra is released! This was by far the most requested IDP -- because of this we are going to close this particular request. If you want Google SSO please upvote here: https://feedback.level.io/en/p/sso-google If you want Okta SSO please upvote here: https://feedback.level.io/en/p/sso-okta

Ian Roberts

Hi Brian That's great news, thanks for the update. Why not just do the easiest thing in the world and build for generic SAML instead? Then people can just configure for whatever IDP they have
