For devices that have SSH/HTTPS management options where Level agents can not be installed (firewalls, switches, printers, IoT devices, IP cameras, etc). Have the ability to SSH or HTTPS to a device by proxying through a Level agent on the same network.

This would be massively beneficial for us. We have quite a few devices we dont have in level due to policies like this.

I've managed quite a few server farms where the clients don't allow outbound internet access for security reasons. I would have to fight security to get exceptions for monitoring services but there's no way they would blanket open for all systems. Those monitoring tools all had a local relay agent and we could lock that one system down and it could only get to the monitoring service's IP address.

A definitely needed feature that would make the levels even more powerful and at the same time eliminate the need to use other tools.

This feature would solve a very real daily pain point. Without it, even small changes on internal devices require awkward workarounds and unnecessary customer involvement. A reverse proxy via the client would make support smoother, faster, and more pleasant for everyone. This would be hugely appreciated and well used.
N-Able Take Control and AnyDesk both have this feature, and it can be priceless. NinjaOne takes it a step further and provides an entire virtual desktop to run full applications as the remote computer. I'm okay with the tunneling because it isn't something used very frequently, it is just really nice to have.
you can already call a terminal from machines which you then should be able to call ssh, but I agree being able to virtualize a browser session on a specific endpoint would be nice when accessing other systems that run web-management UI where level agent cannot be installed.
