It would be nice to be able to toggle monitors on and off. The use case would be mainly for monitor development. If I have 6 monitors in one policy, being able to toggle off one particularly noisy one to fine-tune, without disabling the entire policy would be helpful.

Great suggestion! I've ran into this a few times as well.
At the moment you can effectively force a script based monitor to refire by disabling the monitor at the device level and then re-enabling, rather than waiting for the next scheduled time. It would be helpful to be able to do the same at the whole monitor level (i.e. for all devices the monitor applies to), which I would hope the ability to toggle on/off monitors at a policy level would allow.
