Show device/user active or idle time

When techs need to manage devices, it's often difficult to know if the end-user is done working. An indicator that the device is idle would be really helpful.

I've merged the following request here: It would be nice to be able to see if users are active. Right now the tag "Last seen" just tells you whether the computer is currently on or when it was last on. But not whether the computer is being actively used (Computer is locked, inactive or active etc.) I understand this might not be possible but I have seen it on other RMM's

That's a great suggestion. We could place an icon over the remote control square to indicate if the device has been active or not in the last X minutes.

I would like to see the "last active x min ago" next to the Online marker. Maybe an "Online - Active" or "Online - Idle x mins" when x is > a few minutes.

Clicking the Offline marker should also offer to issue a WoL (Wake On LAN) broadcast.

This is something I have been used to with NinjaRMM. Would love to see Level IO implement it

This would be very nice to have. And on top of all this, make it possible for automations to trigger on "user login" as well. There are some usecases where you need the user context, and that way you can make sure the user is logged in.

This would be very nice to have!
