Love that. My old RMM solution had this. Users were able to (though they never did it to be honest) send a ticket with screenshot if they want directly from a menu point of the task bar icon.

Sharing the same Sentiment as Fabian it would allow us to add tie ins to other items like HaloPSA for Example

Merged in the feature request to allow end-users to open tickets. This would be something to consider in the scope of the taskbar functionality.

I've been looking at Level.io (http://Level.io) for a while and really like it but we currently use Ninja and 90% of our users submit a ticket via the systray popup form. If we had this feature in Level we would definitely have to consider switching over!

This would be brilliant. Had this on old RMM with Syncro and whilst it wasn't used an awful lot, it was used from time to time - plus it looked good too! Exactly as Nick discusses below.

+1 on this! Definitely need to see this functionality! Thank you!

Other ideas from a merged feature request: ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ --Install pre-approved apps for things we've selected per group (Think Adobe Reader, Chrome, Zoom, etc) --One-Click add printer(s) to the device --Mosyle (MDM) does a pretty fantastic job with this self-service concept, currently. Our logo is on the application bar of all Macs we manage. Users can click on it and they're equipped to do all kinds of stuff on their own without needing us. The printers thing has been a major time-saver for our team. --Mosyle also has one-click connect to wifi (perfect for our clients who use certificate based authentication for WiFi) --Mosyle also has this nifty thing called "Admin on Demand". All of our end-users are non-admins. AoD lets us allow specific users to jump to Admin for 1-3 minutes so that they can do what they need to do, like update an application, etc.
